With SUCH, you can make a support bot (or a feedback bot) for Telegram.
Here are some examples:
@SuchSupportBot
@InviteMemberSupportBot
Users will talk to your support bot on Telegram, just like they do with their friends:
You, the bot owner, can reply through the SUCH web app (app.such.chat), or in Telegram, in a highly productive manner, with chat management, quick replies, and more:
How to make your support bot
- Create a new bot by sending the
/newbot
command to @BotFather in Telegram. - Give your bot a name and username (keep in mind that the bot username can’t be changed later). Then, tap/click on the token to copy it.
- Now paste your bot’s token in the @SUCH bot.
Finished! Now, tell everyone about your bot!
Add your bot links to the contact area on your website and in your Telegram channels & groups.
