Quick Start (New to SUCH?)

With SUCH, you can make a support bot (or a feedback bot) for Telegram.

Here are some examples:

Users will talk to your support bot on Telegram, just like they do with their friends:

You, the bot owner, can reply through the SUCH web app (app.such.chat), or in Telegram, in a highly productive manner, with chat management, quick replies, and more:

How to make your support bot

  1. Create a new bot by sending the /newbot command to @BotFather in Telegram.
  2. Give your bot a name and username (keep in mind that the bot username can’t be changed later). Then, tap/click on the token to copy it.

  1. Now paste your bot’s token in the @SUCH bot.

Finished! Now, tell everyone about your bot!

Add your bot links to the contact area on your website and in your Telegram channels & groups.

How to edit your bot settings

To get to your bot settings:

  1. Click or tap the “Manage Settings” button in the @SUCH bot (look at the picture above).
  2. Or, choose your bot’s name in the SUCH web app after clicking on your account icon/photo:

Here you can edit your welcome message, manage your quick replies and team members, and upgrade to PRO.
